Once again we have conducted a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey among our +1,600 largest accounts carried out. A survey that plays an important role in DEIF’s ongoing endeavor to be the preferred supplier of green, safe and reliable energy control solutions.

This year’s survey result confirms the long-term trend of increasing overall customer satisfaction from an already high level. It also reveals the following areas of improvement, which we will address in near future.

Even though the scores, from an objective point of view, are quite high, we will make an effort to improve them by implementing new solutions and features geared for the future.
